The mind is quicker than the eye…

How many black dots can you see in the picture below?

And no, it’s not an animated GIF. Cover up ~3/4 of the screen so that only 6 dots are left if you don’t believe me.

The mind is quicker than the eye >:3

Today, during Computer Program and Design (ECP) class…

According to the speedtest, I should be getting 3697 Kbps, or 462.125 KBps (read: 462 download speed.)

This is what I actually got:

WTF? That’s slower than my house Streamyx, or IXORA Tunneling for that matter.

And yes, I’m blogging in CDESN >:3

P/S: Rate your ISP? WTF?

No prizes for anyone who manages to guess what I voted >:3

Alpha Fantasized – “What if?”

Posted in Alpha BOAT, Uni BOAT on June 25, 2008 by holycow89

What if we still lived in the medieval ages? What if wars were still being fought using swords and spears instead of guns and missiles? What if evil barons who ruled the land still existed? And what if PE 12 had met under these similar but slightly different circumstances?

NICE BOAT proudly brings you “What if?”, a PE 12 presentation >:3

3D Custom Girl

Posted in Amber's BOAT on June 24, 2008 by holycow89

I got this program 3 days ago from Naz. Its basically a program that allows lifeless otaku people to create customized 3D model girl(friend?)s of their own. You can control the girl’s skin tone, eye color, hair style and even bust size to your desire. Once you’re done, you can then outfit her with a variety of outfits including Neko mimis, Sera-fuku, Meido-fuku and so on. You can also put her in different background and have sex with her.

This is what my 3D custom girl looks like:

Look familiar?

Now look at this:

>:3

P/S: Why would I get a custom 3D girlfriend generator, if not to generate a custom 3D model of my girlfriend? =P

KTM = Kenderaan Transport Morons

Posted in Random BOAT on June 5, 2008 by holycow89

Okay, here’s what happened.

I went down to KL with my Foe-chan yesterday to collect manga from Borders, Berjaya Times Square. Since we had no idea how to drive there (and the petrol wouldn’t have been exactly cheap either), we decided to take the KTM there.

Now, let’s ignore the regular stuff such as the trains being late, overpopulated etc. The train is NEVER on time. The ETA shown on the board is just for show. The train may very well arrive after the ETA’s been postponed twice. And overpopulation? Used to it already =P

So anyway, back to the story. After getting off the train at Sentral, I decided to go and purchase the tickets back first. Now if you’re asking why didn’t I just buy a return journey ticket, the reason is this: I went to Midvalley first (to jalan a bit and take lunch, since my manga meetup was at 3), before heading to Sentral, take a monorail to BTS, collect my manga, take the monorail back to Sentral, then take the KTM back to Seremban. That’s why I couldn’t just buy the return tickets from Midvalley to Seremban, since I’m stopping at Sentral. So I decided to buy the tickets once we hopped off the train at Sentral (or risk the long queue during rush hour).

Tickets from Sentral to Seremban cost RM 6 each, so in total it was RM 12. I put 2 RM 1 notes in, before proceeding to insert a 10 ringgit note.

The machine spitted out the note. I tried putting it back in.

The machine spitted it out again.

Annoyed, I took a different RM 10 bill, and put it in the machine.

Rejected.

I tried every single one of my RM 10 notes (about 4 or 5 of them), before finally coming to the conclusion that the bloody machine had fucked up and wouldn’t accept any 10 ringgit bills anymore.

WTF was I supposed to do then? Insert RM 50 and get RM 40 worth of 10 cents? I furiously digged through my wallet for RM 1 bills (Foe-chan did the same), and we managed to come up with RM 8. The rest we paid through shillings.

Why couldn’t those morons have the decency to put up a “No more RM 10 bills” note on the damn machine? Or an out of order sign? And what kind of fucked up machine doesn’t accept 10 ringgit bills in the first place?

And if you’re wondering why didn’t I use the Touch n Go system, let’s just say that it inexplicably ate up RM 20+ of mine just for a one way journey from Sentral to Seremban. No kidding. This is Bolehland after all.

Malaysia Boleh (makan wang penumpang KTM)!!
